About the game
Icon of History is a daily guessing game. Each day there is one figure from history and six hints that go from vague to nearly giving it away: when and where they lived, their field, what they are known for, a famous line of theirs or something they made or did, a lesser-known fact, and finally their initials. Everyone gets the same figure, and the fewer hints you need, the higher you score. It grew out of a series of posts about the people who changed the world, written by Xabier.
